Wade’s House Moving takes seemingly impossible tasks and turns them into a reality for our clients. Through our innovation, expertise and hard work, Wade’s can find solutions for our discerning clients.
We specialize in moving, raising, lifting and relocating structures from one location to a new location. Rig jacking and heavy hauling is another service that we provide to a wide variety of customers. Our equipment line includes heavy trucks, pilot units, state of the art lifting and jacking systems and various sizes of structural steel moving beams. Our Callahanne and Holland dollies can accommodate up to 190 tons, allowing us to offer many moving options to our clients. Wade’s is consistently upgrading and implementing the newest technology available in the structural moving industry.
Wade’s has many affordable homes and buildings that are available for resale. We can remove and/or relocate your home or one of our available homes for sale to anywhere in Western Canada. Many of our clientele are repeat customers as they have found the benefits in recycling homes and buildings for either business or personal endeavours.

Who We Are
Wade’s House Moving and Heavy Hauling is a family owned and operated business with over 6 decades of heavy hauling, and structural moving experience. Wade’s House Moving and Heavy Hauling owners are second generation movers that were taught everything from their late father, Joe Kerner. Joe owned and operated “Kerner’s House Moving and Heavy Hauling” that was based out of Southern Alberta from 1950 through 2002.
Today, the business is owned and operated by Joe’s children. Joe’s son Wade Kerner and his wife Cathy, Jaylene LaRose (Joe’s daughter) and her husband Randy LaRose. The operation site supervisors are run by Joe’s other two sons Kelly and Ron Kerner alongside Kevin Wipf who has also been part of the Kerner family for many years.
